An accomplished entrepreneur, private investor, and real estate executive with over 25 years of experience, Ana María Rubio is recognized for her ability to position premier developments in international markets and for her leadership in Florida’s vacation home sector.

She began her career in Miami at just 24, promoting luxury high-rises to global investors, and went on to represent landmark projects in Las Vegas, New York, South Carolina, and Central Florida, where she established herself as a specialist in short-term residential and vacation homes.

With a Master’s in Commercial Management and Marketing from IDE Cesem in Madrid, Spain, Rubio has combined academic excellence with proven results. Over the course of her career, she has sold more than 600 vacation properties, surpassing $367 million in sales volume, and for over 11 years represented Park Square Homes, one of Florida’s most prominent developers.

Today, as Broker Associate at Empire Network Realty and Founder of RealNestX Magazine, Rubio continues to shape the vacation home resale market in Orlando, bringing together investors, agents, and buyers with insight, innovation, and unmatched expertise.
